This hotel is very centrally located and within walking distance of shops and wonderful Juan Les Pins beaches and the vibey nightclubs and many restaurants. Double glazing on windows so little noise to worry about. The staff were very helpful and accommodating and great on-site parking done by valet parking attendant.
The airconditioning could be upgraded as found the system did not work efficiently. Requested a garden view but got a side street view - no garden!! There was no garden view only sea view or side street view!!

breakfast was warm, worth every penny views, incredible location next to shops, restaurants, bars and cafes, beach, market and resturants and several boutiques and great restaurants. the staff were pretty friendly and very pleasant and helped with private parking. exceptionally comfortable bed and room was spotless and big size. the service was great in my opinion. the venue provided a piano in the reception. la baigneuse was near the hotel, enjoyed its location right in the centre of town.

Seaview
The bathroom wasn't very nice. The toilet was in a separate room. Like sitting in a cupboard. Also the curtains were different lengths so lots if light came into the room in the morning waking us up!

Great location, fantastic sea views, spacious, but slightly tired rooms. Would go again because staff were friendly and helpful, and beach facilities good too. Perhaps not traditional 4 star quality in some ways, but as an overall package, it is a good down to earth easy going hotel right in the heart of Juan les Pins with a superb view. Kindly upgraded us and we had a brilliant stay. Would be hard to beat overall.
9/10 ,just because of slightly tired rooms (but clean).

The hotel had a great location near loads of excellent restaurants and the beautiful beach area of Juan-Les-Pins. Staff members were welcoming, pleasant and accommodating. Breakfast had a great selection, and the clean facilities were impressive.
Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

Really nice and helpful staff, great location and view>
Expensive to use pool etc, sun loungers, decor a bit tired in places.

We liked the location, 5 mins walk to the station & bus stop, near the shops & lots of choice of restaurants & right next door to a casino. Waking up to a beach view every morning was lovely & refreshing.
I thought paying €30 for 2 x sunbeds per day when you are a guest of the hotel was too much....

Cannot find any fault.

Location was excellent. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
Hotel was a bit run down, e.g., carpets had cigarette burns in them, paint was old and the style of the hallways/rooms was dated.

The beach set up.
The rooms - poor furnishings, poor linen, poor towels, poor pillows. Shabby bathroom leaking shower. Broken toilet - smelly drainage. Broken handle on toilet door - not fixed. Poor reception areas. Poor bar.
